If you do not know the date you are coming, you can book your tour on 12/31/2024 and then rebook when you find out the dates.

If you are a regular to Hawaii, you might want to take advantage of our Lifetime pass. This one-time purchase will allow you to take as many tours with us as you wish.

• All sales during our Black Friday promotion are considered final, and no refunds will be issued for any discounted purchases made during this period.
• In the event that you need to reschedule your tour, a $25 fee will apply if the request is made within 48 hours before your tour’s scheduled start time.
• Please be aware that we will not process any cancellations or issue refunds for tours that have already been booked until the conclusion of our Black Friday sale. This policy is in place to prevent misuse of our discounts during this special promotion.
• The Black Friday sale prices are valid until November 27, 2023, at midnight HST.
• If one has already purchased a tour and decides to buy another one for the exact same date and time using a discount code, please be aware that the second tour, with the discount applied, will be automatically refunded. However, the tour you initially booked before the sale will remain non-refundable until the end of the sale period, as long as it is not within 48 hours of your tour. Then no refund will be applied.
