Black Friday Terms and Conditions
- Discount Eligibility: Discounts apply only to new bookings made during the Black Friday promotion. No discounts will be applied to previously purchased tours.
- Refund Policy: All sales during our Black Friday promotion are final. No refunds will be issued for discounted purchases made during this period.
- Duplicate Bookings: If you purchase a ticket that has already been bought, the new discounted ticket will be automatically refunded. Your original purchase will remain non-refundable until the end of the sale, provided it is not within 48 hours of your tour.
- Rescheduling Fees: If you need to reschedule your tour, a 15% fee will apply if the request is made within 72 hours before your scheduled start time.
- Cancellation Policy: We will not process any cancellations or refunds for tours booked before the Black Friday sale until the promotion concludes. This policy helps prevent misuse of our discounts.
- Promotion Duration: Black Friday sale prices are valid until November 27, 2023, at midnight HST.
- Support Small Business: We are excited to offer these discounts and appreciate your understanding that they only apply to new bookings. Our goal is to provide great experiences while ensuring the sustainability of our business.
