Start the day off with a warm cup of Hawaiian Coffee and get ready to fill your bellies with great Hawaiian style food

We are going to start the day off at the Hawaiian Coffee experience. This is the only place we do not cater. You can pick up any type of coffee and if you are really hungry, we recommend trying one of the famous Acai bowls at this location. After we get our kick with Hawaiian coffee, we will take a drive up to the Diamond Head lookout to see the surfers in the crystal clear water. Next up on the stop are the world-famous Lenards Malasadas. These are going to blow your mind. A local favorite is the Haupia (coconut flavor). After the sugar rush, we will feel the power of the Kaiwi coastline and the Halona Blow Hole.

Along the way, we will stop at the most beautiful locations on the island to see the Pacific Ocean and Volcanic mountains. You will be able to walk off the delicious food at these great lookout spots. We will also be able to help you take great photos of the Hawaiian landscape and also cool photos of you. You have to have the photos for the memories. We will also help you take the coolest photos of the food we try along the route of the tour.

Now that you have seen the amazing ocean, we need to get our seafood fix on with the tasty garlic shrimp. While you might have heard of a certain shrimp spot online, we want to take you to where the real locals go for their shrimp. We have done a lot of searching for the best tasting garlic shrimp, and we promise you this is the best.

Your local guide will show you how to eat the garlic shrimp to get the most out of the flavor and size of the shrimp. Grown locally, the shrimp has become a staple here in Hawaii and is something you need to try before you leave. If you do not like shrimp, we offer you a Chicken Katsu plate.

Now we have a special treat for you. Did you know that Hawaii is the only state that not only grows chocolate but is also the only state that can grow chocolate? Chocolate can only be grown in the tropics and since Hawaii is the only state in the tropics, there you go. We will take you to a very cool chocolate factory where you will more about this tasty plant and be able to try local chocolates. The best part about this stop is the smell you will experience as soon as you walk into the shop. A bonus is you are given an exclusive 20% off all chocolate purchases during this stop.

a close up of food

Let’s go get some real Hawaiian-style food!

We are going to head over the mountain with a stop at the Pali lookout. A historic location on the island that holds a lot of Mana (power). You will be able to get the coolest panoramic of the island and your guide can capture photos of you too. After this stop, we are going to get you to try Poke. If you do not know or have never tried this before, you are in for a treat. Let yourself experience something different and great. The fish here in Hawaii is caught so close to the island, making it some of the freshest fish in the world that you can buy.

Now we have tempted you all day with little samplers so how about something bigger? We are going to go to a spot that screams “Hole in The Wall”. This Hawaiian food restaurant is run by a Hawaiian family and they take a lot of pride in the food they make. The best part about this family is they want you to know what you are eating and will give you a little history about the food. This is also a sample plate but you will get plenty of food here. We recommend trying everything they offer you as it is all so mouth-watering.

Hawaiian Shave Ice

We can not complete the food tour without ending with a local favorite dessert. I am sure most of you have heard of the Shave Ice in Hawaii. This is NOT a snow cone. Shave Ice comes from ancient Japan and has become a must-try while in Hawaii.
